Yes, all our artworks include a digital certificate of authenticity. However, home decor MDF items will not have any such certificate.

We try our best to photograph and edit our product pictures carefully so colours and details are as accurate as possible. Since these are handmade, slight natural variations may occur.

Keep artworks away from direct sunlight, moisture, and dust. For unframed items, store them flat or rolled. For MDF products, the care guide is given with the product details on website page. We’re always happy to guide you on care based on material and artform.

Delivery timelines depend on the product and location. Ready-to-ship pieces usually dispatch within a few days, while handcrafted items take additional time.

Delivery of orders within India has no shipping cost for total cart value of more than ₹1999.
For delivery within India of cart value less than ₹1999 then a flat rate of ₹350 is applicable.
For LIPPAN ARTWORKS, the shipping cost shall be calculated based on the weight of the artwork for both Domestic and International Orders.
For International orders, the flat ₹4000 shipping cost shall be charged. However, any applicable custom duty shall be borne by the customer.
This may vary from order to order depending on the change in the shipping conditions and pricing.

Fragile artworks are professionally packed using protective layers and strong packaging materials to ensure they reach you safely.

Import duties/Custom duties vary by country and are usually collected at the time of delivery. These charges are outside our control and must be borne by the buyer.

The dispatch takes place via the parcel service GLS. We offer delivery to your home address.

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
